Bespoke galvanised Willow Tree gates with 3D Leaves

We were delighted to be asked to manufacture some amazing bespoke galvanised gates, railings and balustrades for a customer in a little hamlet near Ross on Wye, South Wales.

These beautiful gates were designed in house – the brief was simple to create create a strong focal point for this new development based on bespoke tree designs.

The image below shows the agreed artwork all agreed with the client before production commenced.

Design optimisation

Manufactured in house by our fabrication team, we were careful to deign the gates to adhere to all regulations. In addition, were were keen to ensure the willow tree design where possible hid the rear metal framework, as well as ensure the 60 leaves were located in such a way that when galvanised and assembled, there was no interference, and everything fitted together perfectly.
