Plant room ventilation doors in Central London
We were delighted to be asked to design and manufacture a large set of security and ventilation doors for a large property in Central London.

The project was driven by a selected pattern from any of our Moroccan inspired designs being modified to ensure the metal to air ratio met the specification of the cooling and air conditioning units located inside the plant room.
In addition the site location was challenging, located at the rear of the building. It is the norm that our laser cut screens are often the last items installed on site, but unlike most jobs access behind the building restricted the use of mechanical lifting gear or transport. We had to engage the help of nearly all the services on site, upwards of ten people hand carrying these large and heavy metal doors and frames over very delicate infrastructure. Thankfully we got there in the end.

Choose a pattern from our archive and we can adjust to any metal to air ratio
The project below is similar to this plant room doors project as the project required specific air flow through the metal.
